There has only been one place in Europe where I have had issues with Navigon, and I believe it has more to do with GPS availability than anything, as we also had another back up GPS, and it wasnt updating quickly, either. Navigon has been the fastest, most accurate GPS I have owned. It has worked in places where the streets dont even have names. I love this app and will be purchasing it for the US maps, as well.

Id like my iPhone to operate in English, however my navigation system to operate in the local language. I prefer the local pronunciation of street names, villages, etc. Why is that not an option?

I love this App. Been using it for 4 years now. 5 stars if it wouldnt crash half of the time since the last few updates.

As a tool it is extremely useful however there are a few irritating issues. 1) The user interface is quite clunky, it doesnt really flow as good as some other GPS vendors products. 2) when you set up an update or download... You have to wait for hundreds of MBytes to download before you can continue using the product. Of course you always press update 2 mins before you need the GPS tool itself, then if you do it where wifi is not available the tool is done for until you get back to the hotel 3) if you are a global traveller you have a to effectively install the product multiple times. The US version then also the EU version. 4) if you decide to buy some of the in app purchases, you will have to buy it for every install you have... The EU version, the US version... That 4.99 add in suddenly doubles or even more 5) if an in app download doesnt complete then you cant kick it off again. The easiest way is to remove the entire app, its maps , the in app purchases..... And re-install the whole thing. Incredibly frustrating.... Particularly since you have no idea why it stalled, there is no feedback. Infant I just decided to lower the rating further...

I am a big fan if this app have used it extensively but be forewarned. I left the U.S. 2 days ago. I Looked up all my addresses and set all my destinations BEFORE I left. I get to France open up the app ready to get started and the app tells me I have map updates. THE APP IS NOT FUNCTIONAL UNTIL I DOWNLOAD THE MAP UPDATES. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. HAVE YOU EVER TRAVELED TO EUROPE? 500+ MB OF UPDATES! Either pay AT&T or do what I am doing. Spent the last two hours sitting in European hotel wi-do and I am still not updated. COME ON GARMIN at least allow the app to be functional until the user has the time and connectivity to update! Loosing precious time because of this.

My wife and I downloaded this to get around France and we ended up having an easier time using the Apple map software that comes with the iPhone. We tried to look up our hotel using the Google feature and by name but the app couldnt find it. I do have a US Garmin app on my phone, which I like, and I thought this app would be similarly user friendly because it says its a Garmin-affiliated app, but no such luck. Save yourself a considerable amount of money and just use the iPhone map app that comes with your phone - thats what we did after trying to use this and finally giving up.

Bought this app over 2 years ago. Worked perfectly!! Over the last year, each update has introduced more bugs. Now it has issues with music control, bluetooth, and even loses its position quite often!! Very frustrating to use when you really need it.

I am an experienced international navigator and driver. Just bought this app for Italy (which is my home country) and I have to say that even through medieval towns in Umbria, the little lady in the box told me exact directions for three weeks of travel. There were warnings for speeding areas. There were indications of lane changes. There were even indications of construction work. Her pronunciation of Italian towns was British, so we even had some good chuckles. But this app was worth every penny and more.

I bought this app for Europe about a week ago. Today, I arrived at London and the App does not pick up GPS signal at all. I have an Iphone 5 and I know its GPS works with other apps but not this one. This app is completely worthless. I will be calling iTunes to dispute the charges.

The Navigon apps are a useful (if no longer uniquely so) navigation system, but the process of maintaining them has become a nightmare. Any time anything gets updated, the map manager, instead of downloading updated material, tells me that "An error occurred while registering your device. Please contact the NAVIGON customer service." No way to get past this. And in at least two instances recently (once for Europe and once for NA), no more old maps, either! The only recourse was to delete everything, and download it all again, application, maps, 3D supplement, etc. (enormously time consuming). And now it refuses to recognize that I have already paid for Traffic information, sending me into an endless cycle of "Restore Purchases" and request for App Store password. Pfooey. And WHAT "NAVIGON customer service"?

Whether the map of Belarus made fit for use ? And a very poor translation into Belarusian

Please fix the iPhone app as it is not working with iPhone since OS7 upgrade

this product is horrible. slow, incorrect, cant find destinations, thoroughly unintuitive to use and constantly pops up prompts to buy add ons. Just a horrible product. I feel ripped off. i made a big mistake buying this.

Still no option to select a voice in a language other than the iOS system language??? Why is this so hard to do?? I use my iPhone in English but I live in Germany and want to use a German voice for navigation. Right now I have to switch my entire iOS to German in order to select a German voice. Thats ridiculous!

Would LOVE to see Pebble integration...hint hint hint!

The POI (including the Google local search for route planning) search functions are terrible, which is pretty essential for a GPS.

The Navigon running perfectly under iOS7.1.1, only which greatly surprised me, I can not buy IN-APP, such as mobile speed cameras, or other things, their account is not known to us.

I cant download the map anymore. Whats the problem? Is your servers stopped? Please help !!!!
